CAMP POLICIES 

 

COVID-19 REFUND POLICY

If camp is canceled due to COVID-19, all registrants will receive a full refund less registration fees.

 

OTHER CANCELLATIONS 

In the event a camper is unable to attend, refunds are issued as follows: 

  • 31+ days prior to camp start: 100% of camp fees less registration fee 
  • 1-30 days prior to camp start: 50% of camp fees less registration fee (unless medical related, please see below) 

In the event of a medical-related cancellation, a note from a physician is required. We are not able to provide full refunds for medical issues without documentation. Please email a written note of cancellation to davidsonsoccercamp@gmail.com

SICK/INJURY POLICY 

If a camper leaves camp due to sickness or injury, no refunds or prorated refunds will be provided.

WEATHER POLICY 

In the event of inclement weather, we will do everything possible to keep all sessions operating. Additionally, we will have some options available for indoor training locations. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds for weather-related cancellations.
